Women-led giving collective also awards two $4,000 operational grants to Serving People in Need and Find Your Anchor
Orange County, CA – November 12, 2025 — Impact100 Orange County, a women-led collective giving organization, has awarded its 2025 $100,000 Grant to Healing at the Well, empowering the organization to expand its grief support programs to more Orange County widows and children experiencing unimaginable loss. The grant is part of a record-breaking $108,000 raised by Impact100 Orange County this year to support local nonprofits making a lasting difference in the community.
Founded by Amy D’Arcy and Nicole Thomas, two women who transformed personal loss into purpose, Healing at the Well provides grief coaching, counseling and community through Coffee & Conversations, free 1:1 counseling and monthly grief workshops.
“This grant marks a turning point-transforming what began as two women’s stories of loss into a growing movement of hope and healing,” said Healing at the Well in its Instagram announcement. “To our Impact100 OC community: thank you for believing in our mission. To every widow, donor, and friend who has walked beside us: this win is yours too.”
The $100,000 grant will allow the organization to take a major step in expanding its footprint in Orange County, opening up the ability to serve an additional 75–100 widows and their families.
“Healing at the Well exemplifies the heart of what Impact100 stands for: turning pain into purpose and creating hope out of hardship,” said Kenzie Vath, President and Founder of Impact100 OC. “Their impact reaches far beyond individual families and strengthens the fabric of our entire community.”
This year’s inspiring finalists, Find Your Anchor, Healing at the Well and SPIN OC (Serving People in Need), were selected from more than 100 applications from Orange County nonprofits evaluated by Impact100 OC Grant Committees this fall. Grant committee members conducted in-depth application reviews and site visits before nominating three finalists. Members voted ahead of Impact100 OC’s Annual Presentation event, where the $100,000 grant recipient was revealed.
With this grant, Impact100 OC will have awarded $285,000 since its inception in 2022:
- 2022: $38,000 to Breast Cancer Solutions
- 2023: $65,000 to Giving Children Hope
- 2024: $74,000 to Live Like Jojo
- 2025: $100,000 to Healing at the Well
- $4,000 to SPIN OC (Serving People in Need)
- $4,000 to Find Your Anchor
Representatives from every prior Impact100 OC grant recipient were present at Wednesday’s Annual Presentation Ceremony, a testament to the lasting impact of the relationships that Impact100 forges with the nonprofits it partners with.
At this year’s Annual Presentation, in recognition of their inspiring missions and impact, Impact100 Orange County also awarded $4,000 operational grants to each of the two runner-up organizations, Serving People in Need (SPIN OC) and Find Your Anchor.
SPIN OC works to end homelessness and restore families in crisis to stability across Orange County. At any given time, hundreds of families with children in the region are waiting for housing assistance, often for months. Operational support from Impact100 OC will help SPIN sustain essential services and move more families from crisis to stability.
Find Your Anchor is a grassroots movement focused on suicide prevention, awareness and education. The operational grant will help Find Your Anchor continue delivering its signature “Find Your Anchor” boxes and resources to young people throughout Orange County.
“These organizations are doing critical work in mental health, housing and family stability,” said the Impact100 Orange County Board. “We are honored to support all three finalists and help broaden their reach in the community.”
With every dollar contributed, Impact100 Orange County proves the power of collective giving—one woman, one donation, one community at a time.
