How can I become a member of Impact100 Orange County?

Easy all you have to do is make your $1000 donation towards our annual grant to be a member and have the opportunity to vote. For more information about joining, visit the Membership page which highlights the various opportunities and methods of payment.

Can I make my membership donation with installment payments?

Yes, we accept installment payments. You may sign up anytime during our annual grant cycle, however full membership fee ($1000 minimum) must be paid by May 31st in order to vote in that grant cycle. Please contact us at hello at Impact100orangecounty.org if you would like to set up a payment plan.

What is member plus membership?

Most women we know always give 110% in all they do! Joining Impact100 Orange County at 110% allows $100 to go toward general operating expenses. Our current expenses include; website platform, google workspace email platform, etc. All overhead is currently being sponsored by our board.

*For clarity, your entire $1,000 donation will go towards our impactful grant given to a deserving nonprofit that has been voted by our members.

Can my company pay for my membership?

We welcome company sponsored membership by your employer.

Do you pay Impact100 Global any organization fees?

No, we do not pay any fees to the global organization. We are our own 501(c)(3) with independent bylaws, giving us full control over the allocation of our grants. While we follow the basic Impact100 model, we operate independently as a chapter, ensuring that 100% of your $1,000 donation directly addresses local needs.

How long is my membership valid?

Each paid-in-full membership is valid for (1) giving year and (1) vote for the grant cycle.

Are donations to Impact100 tax deductible?

Impact100 Orange County is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Depending on your tax status, contributions are tax-deductible for the year in which they were made. You will receive a statement of contribution from Impact100 Orange County with the amount of your donation. Please consult your tax advisor.

I want to give more than the required membership donation. Do I get more than one vote?

Although additional gifts are always welcome, each Member is limited to one vote per person per year. But you can prepay your membership for subsequent years and/or sponsor others to join. If you would like to angel a member at a $1000 match that is more than welcomed.

If my employer or my spouse’s employer has a matching program, will you accept this donation?

Yes, you can double your impact with a company match. We gratefully accept employer matching gifts.

I don't have time to volunteer right now, can I still join?

100% yes, Impact100OC’s model is flexible to meet you where your at. Every member chooses their level of participation in our all-volunteer organization. From joining and voting at the annual meeting or getting involved on a committee to review non profit applications. Hosting an event in your local area is another way to pick a date and time that works with you to engage in the organization. We welcome you at any level of time you have to engage.

What role is there for me if I don’t want to become a member?

We welcome “Sponsors and Friends of Impact100” and are thrilled when an individual, foundation, or corporation wants to help us through monetary or in-kind service donations. Although they do not provide voting rights, these donations help cover program and operating expenses that are essential to accomplishing our mission. Volunteer time is also highly valued.

What if I can't afford the $1,000 annual membership donation?

The Impact100 model works because every member gives the same amount ($1,000) and gets one vote. Contact us for more information about what sponsorships may be available and the process to apply.
