Kenzie Vath is a strategic operator, entrepreneur, and board leader focused on building platforms that drive long-term value—financially, culturally, and socially.

She currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Innovation at Pacific Hospitality Group, where she oversees CapEx development and leads portfolio-level strategy and experiential innovation for a family-owned hospitality company.

Parallel to her corporate work, Kenzie is the Founder of Holistic Umbrella, a wellness platform born from her personal experience with Lyme Disease and built to expand education, access, and hope within the chronic illness community. Her advocacy has led to leadership roles with the Global Lyme Alliance, where she supports efforts advancing diagnostics, treatment, and research.

Kenzie also serves as Founder and President of Impact100OC, launching Southern California’s first chapter of the global women-led philanthropy organization dedicated to community-level grantmaking and collective impact.
