Maria Ptouchkina is a technology leader with over 14 years of experience spanning technology strategy, operations, digital transformation, and value creation. She currently works at Salesforce, where she leads global go-to-market strategy and operations for the Global Private Equity & VC Practice, with a focus on driving growth, operational effectiveness, and commercial excellence. Maria holds a B.A. in Psychology and Cognitive Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. After spending two decades in Chicago, Maria moved to Orange County in 2024 in search of sunshine, community, and new beginnings. She lives in Newport Beach with her spirited Goldendoodle, Baloo. Maria has a strong conviction that all of us hold a duty and a responsibility to invest in the lives of others and believes deeply in the power of women coming together to drive change.
